UI/UX Designer — Product & SaaS Interfaces (Remote)

Job Overview

Reztive Studio is hiring a senior UI/UX Designer to own product experience for SaaS and web applications. This role demands strategic UX thinking, pixel-perfect UI craft, and a demonstrable track record of increasing conversion and user retention through design. Candidates must present a portfolio focused on SaaS flows, dashboards, and interaction systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX and UI for product features, dashboards, and marketing landing pages
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design system components in Figma
• Run user research and moderated usability testing to validate design hypotheses
• Translate product and business requirements into measurable UX outcomes and design roadmaps
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure pixel-accurate implementation and performance tracking

What Success Looks Like

• Faster onboarding completion by 20 percent within first 3 months of release of redesigned flows
• Reduced user friction in task flows and measurable lift in conversion metrics
• A maintanable component library and documentation that the engineering team adopts

Requirements (must-have)

• 3+ years hands-on UI/UX design experience for web or SaaS products
• Expert-level Figma skills, interactive prototyping, and component-driven design system experience
• Strong portfolio with case studies that include process, metrics, and outcomes (link required)
• Practical knowledge of usability testing, user interviews, and analytics-informed design
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice-to-have

• Experience with motion design for micro-interactions, or front-end implementation awareness
• Familiarity with Hotjar, Google Analytics, or Amplitude for product metrics
