Role Overview

Reztive Studio is recruiting an HR Manager to shape people strategy and scale a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end talent lifecycle, HR compliance, and initiatives that improve retention, employer brand, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruitment and employer branding across platforms and university partnerships
• Design and implement HR policies, onboarding, performance management, and learning programs
• Lead employee engagement, retention analytics, and career-path frameworks
• Ensure statutory compliance and maintain HR records, payroll coordination, and benefits admin
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, culture design, and conflict resolution

What Success Looks Like

• Reduced time-to-hire and improved offer-acceptance rates
• Higher employee engagement scores and lower voluntary attrition year-over-year
• Clear competency frameworks and promoted internal mobility

Requirements (must-have)

• 3+ years HR experience, preferably in agency or fast-growth startup environments
• Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, HRIS, payroll coordination and local labor law compliance
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills
• Data driven mindset to measure HR impact and present actionable insights

Nice-to-have

• Experience building employer brand, university outreach, or L&D program design
