Role Overview

Reztive Studio seeks a Business Analyst to translate client goals and product metrics into clear requirements and measurable roadmaps. This person will own requirement gathering, process mapping, and KPI-driven recommendations that help design and engineering teams deliver business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements from stakeholders and translate them into user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
• Produce functional specifications, process maps, and data-driven recommendations
• Define success metrics and collaborate with product owners to set tracking and reporting frameworks
• Run workshops, stakeholder interviews, and solution discovery sessions
• Support product launches by validating business logic and monitoring post-launch performance
• Clear, unambiguous requirements that reduce rework and accelerate delivery cycles
• Documented process improvements that shorten time-to-market or reduce operational costs
• Reliable dashboards and reports that help leadership make faster decisions

Requirements (must-have)

• 2+ years experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst, ideally in digital agencies or SaaS environments
• Strong documentation skills: user stories, workflows, BRDs, SQL or analytics experience preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
• Comfortable with tools such as Notion, Confluence, Figma (for reviewing flows), and analytics tools

Nice-to-have

• Background in UX research or product management; experience with data visualization tools
